How to install acrylic reservoir for Laning pump ddc in your PC for you PC water Cooling System.

read the following steps. or click here to download

Step 1

Remove the original top from the DDC pump BY UNSCREWING THE 4 SCREWS ON THE BASE OF THE PUMP, plase the o-ring back onto the pump.

Step 2

Place the acrlic reservoir on top of the ddc pump making sure the center of the pump lines up with the center of the resvoir

Step 3

use the 4 supplied screws to attac the reservoir to the pump, tighten the screws until the pumps o-ring is compressed

Step 4

Screw the G1/4'' fitting s to the inlet and outlet making sure the o-rings are compressed.

remarkes

the filler cap can easily be removed by using a small coin and turing anti-clockwise . the reservoir should be filled before the pump is started tro avoid damage. when filling the system it can help to tilt the reservoir backwards slightly, white the pump is runing to remove air bubbles, the pump may make some noise until all the air has bben removed.
